VIZ BRANZ LIMITED W110630

For those who are holding this warrant, it might be a good time to convert them to shares. It seems to me that the company is now declaring dividends four times a year, having declared one special dividend of 0.75cts per share in January this year and an interim dividend of 1cts per share in March this year, it is declaring another special interim dividend of 0.75cts to be paid in May.

Although there is still one year from expiry for this warrant, it suffers from low liquidity mainly due to the fact that a lot of shareholders had been coverting the warrants to shares, making it very difficult to trade at a premium although it still has around one year in time value.

I will be converting this one to shares soon, hopefully in time to be entitled to the special interim dividend that had been declared.
