Hi Ian,

I have tried contracting them at the moderator's corner section of the forum but did not have any luck so far.

I appreciate your understanding on this matter and will continue to see whether I can get them to fix those problems. It seems that they had not been logging in to sgfunds.com recently.

Hi Ian,

I don't think it is dead, just that the administrators had not been logging in lately and there had not been much new topics for discussion.

I still visit the sgfunds.com every now and then to see whether I can post some of my thoughts in some of those topics.

Hi axt,

What sort of write up do you wish to have? Basic, intermediate, etc?

There are some resources on SGX website on company warrants. You might wish to visit them:
http://www.sgx.com/wps/wcm/connect/mp_en/site/investor_centre/investor_education/investor_faqs/Alternative+Products/FAQ26

As this is an investment blog, I do not recommend structured warrants as they are speculative. I will only talk about company warrants in my blog.

Hi,

How do you request for Asiatic Warrant Exercise Form? I can't find anything in their website. Thanks in advance!

Hi S.P.Chong,

You should call up the warrant agent to request for an exercise form to be sent to you.

You can find the address and telephone numbers of the warrant agents of each listed company warrant here:

Hi ghchua,

Do you have to buy the company warrants (in ur cdp) first before sending in the form to exercise? Or does it purchase and exercise it for me when my form is processed?

Hi David,

Company warrants are normally in my portfolio via:

1. Bonus warrant issues

2. I subcribe for rights issues and they come free with the rights shares.

3. I subscribe for rights issues which are basically rights warrants.

Yes, you need to buy company warrants from the market first (if you don't have them) and then convert those warrants to shares. But I seldom do that because if I find the company attractive, I will just buy the shares.

Do remember that company warrants do have limited lifespan and basically you are just paying an option money and buying time when you acquire them from the market.
